The company offers a 24 hour per day 7 day per week service to all clients and has a rotational call basis roster for its staff. Service surveys are conducted regularly analysing data such as response times, attendance on site and rectification of faults in a timely manner.
The service technicians are trained in all components of the product range and have the required licensing and training to be deemed competent to carry out their roles. Ongoing training is provided through manufacturers of the product range and regular bulletins issued ensuring the latest relevant information is conveyed to the technicians.
Fully equipped service vehicles are supplied to technicians and they have access to a full range of spare parts from the two business premises of the company. All service agents within other states of Australia are also provided with a stock range to adequately service clients in each state.
BMSS has in place standard service agreements encompassing scheduled maintenance, validations, calibrations and Worksafe inspections which is offered to all clients or can conducts works on an adhoc basis if required. Such service agreements can be tailored to meet client’s needs.
The company utilises a sophisticated Client Management System to maintain office administration procedures and servicing requirements for all clients on the database. This is easily accessible by clients from remote services to allow them to access history and upcoming events for their particular sites.
Support is provided by way of a Management Team to the service technicians who are experts in their fields and are highly qualified and also recognised within the industry.
The company enforces the requirement of completing relevant Job Safety Analysis Reports and site inductions to keep the safety record blemish free.
