Series 6 sterilizers were specifically developed to satisfy unique sterilization requirements. Whether you require a specific cycle, chamber size, loading height, jacket type or any modification entirely specific to your need BMM Weston can design a model to suit you. Machines constructed so far range from a 1132 litre (40 ft³) model to a vast 6682 litre (236 ft³) unit including full chamber jackets and modified sterilization cycles.

Series 6 sterilizers are the first of our roll-in range of sterilizers.
The roll-in design eliminates the need for transferring loads between trolleys and helps reduce the time taken to process large volumes of work.

This unit is also available as a floor mounted unit, where a pit mounted option is not available.

Available in single and double ended versions and boasting capacities of 6600 litres the Series 6 is a popular choice and is available in Porous Load and Laboratory models

The Series 6 range comprises single or double-ended models with door widths of 900 – 1200mm and chamber heights of 1600 – 2200mm.

We operate to ISO9001:2000 plus GAMP and our machines comply with all relevant European and British product standards BS3970, PD5500 and NHS guidelines including C14, HTM 2010 and EN285

BMM Weston can provide various loading equipment solutions to suit your requirements.

Configurable cycles
With Series 6, cycles can be configured using discrete cycle stages, with each stage performing a separate function.

Users can also programme parameters to control each function within pre-defined limits and set warnings and fault conditions to parameters if specified limits are exceeded.

Main features include colour LCD touch-screen systems for easy input and reading of data, automatic sliding doors for fast loading and castors for easy manoeuvring.

Large 10.4” touch sensitive colour LCD
Capable of showing 25 lines of text in 40column mode for easy-to-read cycle data display including time, temperatures, pressure, stages and fault messages.
Screen save option when sterilizer not in use.
